If you’re around the resort today or tomorrow then be sure to hop to Walt Disney Studios Park in the evening! A preview of Disney’s Stars ‘n’ Cars will be performed at 6.30 pm on 9 and 10th March 2009.

Disney Central Plaza Member “Bechamel” has revealed all the characters participating in Disney’s Stars ‘n’ Cars event:

  • Mickey and Minnie
  • Donald and Daisy
  • Goofy
  • Lilo and Stitch
  • Ariel
  • Snow White and Dopey
  • Aladdin and Jasmine
  • Mary Poppins and Bert
  • Woody and Jessie
  • Mulan and Mushu
  • Sully
  • Gaston, Cruella and the Evil Queen

Two cars from Disney’s Stars ‘n’ Cars were on display during a special event for travel agencies outside Disney’s Hotel New York convention center.

Cars for Donald and Mulan were parked at the entrance of the convention center offering a photolocation for the attending travel agents.

In the evening, special previews of all Mickey’s Magical Party shows were presented on the main stage, including a look on the new costumes for Mickey and Donald which they’ll wear in Disney’s Stars ‘n’ Cars event.

Over on Production Courtyard Stage has a new backdrop been installed where characters will get out of the vehicles and perform a short show and meet ‘n’ greets.

Bolt and Mittens, two key figures from Disney’s newest animated movie were spotted along side the production crew (including John Lassester) at Disney Village’s Gaumont theatre last weekend for the première.

However, the short appearance by these characters was the last and only one on Disneyland Resort Paris ground as the characters were flown over from sister resort Walt Disney World for this occasion only…

Tonight, Walt Disney Studios will be hosting a fireworks display for park guests since years.

The display will be identical to the one at Disneyland Park.

Launch shells will be located outside the park and will use The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror as iconic centre piece.
